Hasibul Islam Nirjhar is the Engineering Strategy Lead at Version3 and a Software Engineering student at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) with a focus on machine learning and applied AI.

He works across Python, C++, JavaScript and C#, with React, TensorFlow and PyTorch. His projects include a cross-validated study of LLM routing that benchmarks 13 code models on HumanEval+ and TACO to ask whether sending each problem category to a specialist model beats always using the single best one, an AI agent that tests a mobile app's interface and writes up a report, and a brand-monitoring dashboard.

Based in Dhaka, he describes his goal as helping change the future of the nation through hard work and digitalization.
